Application

It is used in the polymerization of acrylonitrile, in the production of polyacrylonitrile fiber, usually with alkali sulfides, in the emulsion polymerization of monomers, as a whitener in the production of flour, oil, glue, soap, etc., as an oxidizer in plastics, photography, cosmetics, etc. industries, in the production of various chemicals and in metallurgy.

Packaging, Storage Conditions and Shelf Life

25 and 1000 kg polyethylene and polypropylene bags suitable for transportation and storage conditions. 1000 kg packages have antistatic properties. Should be stored in closed, cold and dry places, protected from heat and humidity. Rust and metal dust may cause catalytic degradation. Can be stored below 30°C for 12 months without loss of activity. Although it is not flammable, it helps flammable materials to glow due to free oxygen. Eyes, skin and clothing should be protected when working with ammonium persulfate. It is harmless to health as a crystal and solution when handled carefully.
